1. Go Cubs go!- heard everywhere all week.
2. They did the mannequin before their set and the crowd did
it too.- about a rap concert participating in another trend.
3. Either you’re sitting next to me or you have a doppelgänger.- my friend to me when we were at the same game but didn't know.
4. I feel like I could fly away in this thing.- my friend wrapped up in her snuggie.
5. The streets weren’t made for everyone, that’s why they
have sidewalks.- my sister joking around.

First Time At The Carnival
by
Jentry Binder
EXT. At a carnival- Night
Patricia walks down the strip,
head held high, eyes wide looking at all of the carnival lights. Camera POV
shot of what she sees. She stops when she sees the Matterhorn ride. She speeds
up, grabbing her boyfriend’s hand, pulling him along towards the line. They wait
a few minutes.
Patricia (to Jake)
I’ve always wanted to ride one of these!
Jake (to Patricia)
They’re pretty intense.
The line speeds up and they get a spot on the Matterhorn. They
strap themselves in and the ride attendant walks around double checking
everyone’s belts. Close up of the attendant checking Patricia’s belt.
Jake
(teasing Patricia)
You ready for this?
Patricia
(excited)
Ready as I’ll ever be!
The ride starts up. Gradually getting faster. Patricia’s facial
expression changes from excited to nervous. The ride reaches its maximum speed
and Patricia’s expression is careless and excited. She opens her arms up.
Patricia
I feel like I could fly
away in this thing!
Zoom out of a close up of Patricia’s arms open and face happy and
smiling, to an outside view of the Matterhorn spinning at full speed.
